Embracer Sells Easybrain for $1.2 Billion
Miniclip has just scored big, acquiring Easybrain—Casual Puzzle Game Giant—for $1.2 billion. This deal not only reshapes Embracer's financials but also cuts their debt down to nearly zero, setting them up with a strong cash position to drive future growth. The acquisition is expected to close in early 2025.
