As reported by Neil over MobileGamer.biz, Miniclip has quietly expanded its gaming empire, acquiring German hybrid-casual studio Lessmore—creators of Eatventure and We Are Warriors—for an undisclosed sum at the end of 2024.
Confirming the deal, Miniclip CEO Saad Choudri praised Lessmore’s rapid growth and innovative approach:

According to Appmagic, Eatventure has racked up 69.3 million downloads and nearly $28 million in IAP since its 2022 launch, while We Are Warriors has hit 36.3 million installs, earning close to $10 million.
This move is part of Miniclip’s ongoing acquisition spree. Following its 2022 purchase of Subway Surfers maker Sybo, the company acquired PowerWash Simulator developer FuturLab in April 2024 and casual puzzle giant Easybrain for $1.2 billion in November.

How big are they? Pretty.
Despite its Tencent ownership, Choudri emphasized Miniclip’s long-term vision: “We let the games speak for themselves.”
With Lessmore now in the fold, Miniclip continues its quiet but calculated domination of the mobile gaming space.
