are either too high, or too unstable.
When they think they got CPI,
They lose it before an update.
When they plan on growing on current CPI,
They cant keep it under control.
I told them they need to focus on:
-> Sticky game mechanic that flows smoothly,
-> Creatives that shows real gameplay,
-> Try different creatives on separate campaigns.
And most importantly, stay consistent on both
Iteration and updates. Till you define your success.
